These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the IRON TRACK application and website at iron-track.pro (the "App"), operated by MEDUSAPPS LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About Us

The App is provided by MEDUSAPPS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17298962), with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

4. The AI Coach

The App includes an AI coach that generates automated responses. While we aim for helpful and accurate guidance, AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your individual circumstances. The AI coach does not create a professional, medical, or coaching relationship. You are responsible for evaluating its suggestions before acting on them.

5. Your Account & Data

You are responsible for the information you enter and for maintaining the security of any device on which the App is installed. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, hack, or interfere with the App or its security.
• Use automated means to access or scrape the App, or overload our systems.
• Misuse the AI coach to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App without our written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, content, software, trademarks, and the IRON TRACK name and branding, is owned by or licensed to MEDUSAPPS LTD and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Data and content you enter remain yours.

8. Subscriptions & Pricing

Where any paid features are offered, the applicable price, billing terms, and any free features will be presented to you before purchase. Any payments made through third-party app stores are also subject to those stores' terms. Statutory cancellation and refund rights, where they apply, are not affected.

9. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the App or reliance on its guidance. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold MEDUSAPPS LTD harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete it from your device.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
